The Flying Pickets are a British a capella vocal group who had a Christmas number one hit in 1983 in the UK singles Chart with their cover version of Yazoo’s track “Only you”. In 2006 I was lucky enough to become the 25th member to join the Flying Pickets alumni, replacing Dylan Foster.The band consisted of long time members Andy Laycock, Simon Foster, Micheal Henry and Andrea Figallo. With a huge following still in Europe I got to perform in many theatres, jazz clubs and some fantastic musical festivals in countries including Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium and Germany.
